| Description: | Hendrick House Kennel is dedicated to excellence in our treasured Yorkshire Terriers. We breed healthy, robust animals who are Texas-big in heart, though Teacup-TINY in size. The kennel, located in North Texas, is equipped with a/c and heat, hot and cold water, and a separate nursery to maintain the best possible environment for the health and welfare of our Yorkshire Terriers. They have full access to areas that are concrete inside and grass outside where they are able to run and play in small groups. They also have access to the main house and a grassy yard where we have our social gatherings with them as well. They spend time investigating the shrubs, passing butterflies, and the many flower gardens as well as playing chase, fetch, keep away, and the other tricks they seem to naturally pick up.
Our Yorkshire Terriers are our family, and we try to fill their lives full of love and joy as they have spared no energy to fill ours. Like children, they love to play with us, such games as fetch, keep-away, and "dress-up". Our favorite time is quiet time, where we are all together, either holding one or more, and the rest lounging around us. It cannot get any better than that!
Our dams are 3-6 pounds in size and our sires are 2 to 4 pounds. We pride ourselves in the tiny, healthy offspring, which many are less than 3 pounds. We do not use "litter runts" or otherwise weak sires or dams. Our dogs come from strong, tiny-stock. They have parents and grandparents who are genetically tiny, which ensures the likelihood of tiny offspring
